Ailean a' Bhùidseir Dheirg mac Iain

Allan J. “Allan the Butcher” MacEachern was a bachelor who lived with his brother Andrew in Little Judique, Inverness County. Born November 11, 1908, he was the son of Donald the Red Butcher MacEachern of Little Judique and Anne Harriet MacDonald of MacIntyre Mountain, Inverness County. They had a family of eight children. Allan had a fund of humorous stories and repartee associated with local characters. He passed away on August 9, 1994.
